Our 6 Week 30+ Mens Fitness Bootcamp.
Open only to Males over 30 years of age (if you are just under this age group and want to join, feel free to).
The Bootcamp runs on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays between 6.30am – 7.30am, the Mens 30+ groups are run from our home gym in Castlecliff – where our Barbell classes also run from.
Are you a male over 30 years of age, who may feel that your years of being in great shape are behind you? This mens fitness bootcamp is a group training programme specific for males over 30 years who are looking to shape up, prolong life, feel healthy and get stronger.

These sessions will burn a lot of calories to enhance fat loss while building strength and gaining lean muscle. These sessions are catered for men over 30 years of age, with all abilities welcome.
*Minimum of 6 Participants for the Bootcamp to Run.
Our standard Bootcamps do welcome male participants, however are female dominant. This is a male only Bootcamp, run by a male instructor.
