Our 6 Week 30+ Mens Fitness Bootcamp.

This is a trial Bootcamp for Intake 1 2017 starting 16th January 2017*. Open only to Males over 30 years of age (if you are just under this age group and want to join, feel free to).

The Bootcamp runs on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays between 6.30am – 7.30am, Starting location is the Wanganui Softball Club Rooms in Puriri Street in Gonville (Where our other Bootcamps are run from). This Mens Fitness Bootcamp will be run outside regardless of the weather and location could change (all participants would be advised of any changes).

Are you a male over 30 years of age, who may feel that your years of being in great shape are behind you? This mens fitness bootcamp is a group training programme specific for males over 30 years who are looking to shape up, prolong life, feel healthy and get stronger.

You will gain:
Strength and confidence
Enhanced fat loss
Improved health and energy
Lasting friendships
Improved stress management
These sessions will burn a lot of calories to enhance fat loss while building strength and gaining lean muscle. These sessions are catered for men over 30 years of age, with all abilities welcome.

*Minimum of 6 Participants for the Bootcamp to Run.

Our standard Bootcamps do welcome male participants, however are female dominant. This is a male only Bootcamp, run by a male instructor.
