Our 12 week intensive programme for those who want to ensure they get in great shape.

Run over a 12 week period. This plan comprises of two 6 week Bootcamp intakes (You can attend ANY Bootcamp classes you want in this membership option!) back to back.
Bootcamp sessions are run every day for twelve weeks, meaning you could get 60 sessions (or more if you attend more than one day!) on our 12 week programme as well as any weekend sessions we run that are free for members.
Our current times are 6.30-7.30am Mon/Wed/Fri, 6.30-7.10am Tue/Thu, 9-10am Mon/Wed/Fri (mums and bubs – you don’t have to have a bub!), 5.30-6.05pm Thur and 5.30-6.30pm Mon/Wed/Fri.
We will take your measurements in Week 1 and 12 to see your progress. Measurements include body weight, body fat % and general measurements using a tape measure.
We can also offer personalised nutritional advice to all of our 12 Week Challengers. You need to fill out a food diary for a week and then we will discuss the changes you can make and assist you with your nutrition.
Our 12 Week Challengers are free to attend any sessions they like, either morning or evening sessions and can even attend more than one per day if they like.
We can look at doing a payment plan for this, just get in touch and we require at least part payment prior to the start date and then regular payments.
