With Two qualified personal trainers we can help you reach your goal on your own terms. If group fitness is not your thing, you have a specific goal or can’t make the Bootcamp sessions then ask us about our Personal Training.

With discounts for booking 10+ sessions up front, we offer 30 minute or 1 hour sessions and can also discuss nutrition during these sessions to help you reach your goals faster.

Whether you want to focus on getting stronger, feeling fitter and healthier or loosing weight, we can structure a Personal Training programme for you.
