Mums & Bubs

New mum, or just want to take some time for yourself and focus on your health and fitness?? To be the best mum you can be you need to take some time out to do something for yourself. Come along to our Mums and Bubs Group Training running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9-10am.

Location is currently the Wanganui Softball Club in Gonville.

 You will gain:

These sessions will burn a lot of calories to enhance fat loss while building strength and gaining lean muscle. These sessions are catered for all ages and abilities.

It’s all about working together, getting fit together, getting in shape together and having fun doing it.

You are welcome to bring your wee one in their stroller, there are indoor areas for when it is raining and also a large outdoor area for nice days, you will never be far from your bub.

If you are ready to make the commitment then REGISTER HERE. We also offer a two day a week option if you really can’t commit to three days per week.
