Kick start your day with our 6 week bootcamps run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from either 6.30am – 7.30am OR 5.30-6.30PM by our qualified personal trainers. We have also introduced express classes for those short on time on Tuesday & Thursday morning from 6.30-7.15am.
These sessions will burn a lot of calories to enhance fat loss while building strength and gaining lean muscle. These sessions are catered for all ages and abilities.
It’s all about working together, getting fit together, getting in shape together and having fun doing it.
